Production flow

Please find below and overview of the communication flow:

• Print partner sends a request to Gelato to add webhook URLs for example for Order Create using Subscribe request. As an alternative, the Print partner can supply the webhook urls via email to the Gelato team, as part of the on-boarding process
• Gelato will call Submit Order to register a new order with the Print partner, expecting either a success or an error response back.
• Print partner sends status postback to Gelato if order received successfully or has errors, using Status Postback to confirm successful registration of the order in their system. Gelato expects this response back within a few minutes from order submission
• Print partner calls Dispatch Order when order is ready to be dispatched, to signal this to Gelato and retrieve shipping documentation in form of labels and any additional documents like commercial invoice or event delivery note
• Print partner send status postback to Gelato if order shipped successfully using Status Postback
